Please review the following Terms and Conditions for travel before registering for a Travelling Workshop at ImagineRussia.com. You will be asked to confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions before proceeding to the Binding Booking Request.
Travelling Workshop or Programme is collection of leisure and learning activities, trips and events in a given theme in St-Petersburg and close neighborhoods organized for you by our facilitators. The details for available Programmes are published on this website and will also be sent to you together with preparation information soon after you booked your trip with us. We encourage you to contact us with your suggestions or questions regarding the special topics that you would like to cover within the theme of your booked Programme. If improvements can be made, or if unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary, we reserve the right to vary the content of the Programmes. This can be weather dependent as well.
Basic Package includes: facilitation, tuition, land transportation, guided tours, snacks and soft drinks in the bus, site fees and packed meals as stated in the programme.
Additional Services can be ordered separately and will be charged on top of the Basic Package: tourist invitation (visa support), accommodation according to your choice, individual transfer airport-hotel-airport, souvenir package consisting of 5 pieces plus postcard set, fitness club card for the period of your stay, site and event fees where stated “optional”.
Non-Included Services are all other services you may need in your travel which Travelling Workshop LLC does not cover under any circumstances, namely, but not limited to:
air ticket to and from Russia, travel and medical insurance, consulate fee for issuing visa, meals other than those stated in programme, alcoholic beverages, tips, taxi transfers, any other services not stated in Basic Package or Additional Services.
Non-Binding Booking Request is a booking request that you send us when you book the Programme via this web-site. We will check the availability of the places on a particular Programme and get back to you with further information. If there are available places on chosen Programme, we will ask you to pay us a Deposit so make your booking request binding.
Binding Booking
Once you confirmed agreeing to present Terms and Conditions and sent us a Deposit, we guarantee you the place on the chosen Programme. Our legal obligation to fullfill the Programme will take place once you make the Final Payment for participation in the Programme when you arrive to Russia.
Deposit
We require a Deposit to confirm your participation on the Programme and make the boking binding for us. The amount of Deposit is calculated as follows:
10% of all booked services except accommodation plus a one night rate of the chosen hotel provided you book accommodation with us. The Deposit must be paid either by money transfer to our account or by credit card directly at our web-site (the second option will be enabled soon). The Deposit is non-refundable should you you cancel your trip but may be counted in for another trip with us if booked within a 3 month period from a cancellation date.
Final Payment
The cost of your Basic Package and Additional Services checked less prepaid Deposit. Final Payment is to be paid to us upon your arrival to Russia either by cash or by credit card in our office in St-Petersburg (the second option will be avaialble soon).
Air tickets
Travelling Workshop LLC will support you with your travel arrangements but does not book the air tickets directly. You may book your air travel via your own travel agent, online or call the airline directly.
Further travel
Accommodation arrangements can be made if you would like to extend your trip beyond our Programme. Please let us know in the comments when booking your trip with us.
Prices
All prices quoted are in Euro and are based on current tariffs, taxes, levies and costs. Should any of these costs substantially change, a surcharge may be added to the Programme cost. Unexpected hikes in foreign currency conversion rates, fuel costs and other matters may necessitate an adjustment to the price of the Programme. Conversely, if prices are better than expected, then Travelling Workshop LLC will give added bonus to the tour in the form of extra meals and / or bonuses of some kind.
Passport
A valid passport and valid visa issued by Russian Consulate in the country of your permanent or long-term residence is required to enter Russian Federation. Passport must not have an expiration date within 6 months of taking the trip. Name on passport must match name on the visa and on airline ticket. It is your responsibility to ensure you have a valid passport before you travel to Russia.

Every effort is made to accommodate your needs. Please let us know if you require a special diet, or other considerations.
Responsibility
We have no special knowledge of unsafe conditions, safety problems, health or weather hazards which may be encountered while participating in our Programmes. Travelling Workshop LLC assists in making the necessary arrangements and in no way represents, or acts as agent for transportation carriers, accommodations and other services connected with the Programme, and therefore Travelling Workshop LLC, respective employees, and representatives accept no responsibility and liability for any injury, loss, damage, delay, accident or irregularity of any company or person engaged in carrying out services involved.
